I’ve been a busy bee trying to get ready for the Philly Punk Rock Flea next Sunday (6/7/2015) which has meant Decanting All the Things, Formulating All the Things, Getting Ready for the Next Round of Limited Editions, Getting All the Things Ready for my (Still Secret) Products About to be Launched.
It’s also getting to be cordial season, so I’ve started my first batch of the year as pictured in the pot. It’s going to be Spiced Fig Rose. We try to also make time for writing which is generally more pleasant with tea and snacks.

I have also created a new recipe last night for dessert:
1 wheat tortilla
.5 tablespoon fig butter
.5 tablespoon peanut butter
4 dried apricots, chopped
Spread the ingredients out on your tortilla. Wrap it up. Eat it as is or grill it for a minute on your Foreman grill or Panini press.
