If I cannot fly/ let me sing

I can’t even pretend I have a life outside of being a Maker right now.  I mean, I can pretend I’m Johanna from Sweeney Todd and watch the birds at my bird feeder from my window and repetitively play Rasputina’s badass version of Green Finch but I can only actually do the bird watching part for like three minutes before I have to go back to making things.  I finally succumbed to the Toddler Plague I’ve been carrying for the last week today.  I slept from 9p – 1p.  Before that, after I got out of the shower, I wrapped a hand towel around my face and put my hands to my ears so I could feel like it was completely quiet inside my brain for a minute.  LIKE NORMAL HUMANS DO.

On the plus side, I learned that within walking distance from Catland is Momo Sushi Shack which specializes in sushi bombs and Hops & Hocks which specializes in meat cones and has a ham bar.  Jow has accepted that I will likely be doing some incredibly unseemly things on Friday in return for dead animals.

So instead, here are pictures from custom Christmas orders I’ve done this season for you to feel sad about not ordering yourself.  But don’t feel too sad, you can order a custom order of your very own in the new year.
